Cor-ten Steel

Cor-ten steel, also know as weathering steel is a group of steel alloys which were developed to eliminate the need for painting steel elements to protect them from corrosion. Exposure to the elements causes a protective layer of red brown rust which prevents corrosion from penetrating deeper into the steel. All our Cor-ten products are manufactured and processed in our workshops by our artist blacksmith, do not require maintenance and get more character and life over time. The material is stable and durable, and its beauty grows with the continuing development of the outer rust layer. Cor-ten can be used for many different applications such as doors, desk’s, tables, wall cladding, bars, planters, indoor and outdoor decorative objects.
