Shagi has over 40 years of experience in working with different materials, creating inspiring spaces and has a great talent in finding and collecting unique items in his journeys around the world. Leader of the construction team of Midyan. He grew up, lives and built his home in Shaharut. He has the ability to see, grasp and understand space, material and color. Advisor and mentor. Boaz has been guiding and advising organizations and executives for over 20 years. He lives with his family in the Galil. He is an explorer and practitioner of the principles of creating reality and the remarkable possibilities that exist between spirit and matter and the connection between structures, process and people.

Director of the construction division in central Israel. A construction engineer, he grew up with an architect father. He is an interdisciplinary artist and a co partner in the “LILI & FALUJA” studio. He combines this skill set and in the creation of structures and large visionary sculptural forms.

Director of organizational procurement and customer relations. Nadav has rich experience in managing and a deep connection to natural products and materials. He serves as an intermediary between the worlds to ensure uncompromising results for each project.

Responsible for business development and finance. Entrepreneur and creator in sustainable businesses, established solar fields, agriculture and vandal ventures in Israel and around the world. Specializing in creating something out of nothing and in the harmonious combination of spirit and matter.

Operation and organizational order manager. Engaging in procurement in the past decade. Mori bringsto Midyan the feminine spirit and together with Nadav, established and developed the exhibition space in Kfar Kasem.

Coordinates the design and styling department in Midyan. Leslie has been engaged in interior design, home styling and product design for over 30 years. She has rich experience and endless knowledge in connecting materials, textiles and building a design concept to create inspiring designed spaces.

Multidisciplinary artist, photographer, director and creator of visual content. Zohar specializes in branding processes and building a visual language, with an original and artistic personal stamp, for advertising and marketing strategies, on an international scale. Zohar is an expert in the creation of visual content, in films and images for new media, supervision and management of projects on an international level, with a very high level of finish and production and attention to the smallest

Multidisciplinary designer in the design and styling department of Midyan. Adar works in various fields including theater, cinema, space design and fashion. She received her bachelor's degree in jewelry design at Shenkar, completed a master's degree for outstanding students in stage design, film and television at the Tel Aviv University and a master's degree in design and technology at Bezalel.
